Designsprint Kyma

As part of another designsprint in my fifth semester i designed an audiovisual speaker system. The goal was, to give back music its special importance that it once had. It can be implemented as part of a ritual to not just hear music, but listen to it again.

Cymatics

Under the upper glass plate is a compartment with liquid, which reacts to the music. Through cymatics, the visualization of sounds, the visual focus of the listener can also be directed to the music. The result is a complete audiovisual experience.
