FILOS

In my Bachelor Thesis, I collaborated with the Fraunhofer Institut für Lasertechnik ILT. The goal was to design a usable Front-End for the laser-osteotome-system STELLA, which is used to cut bone while doing awake- surgery. This includes the housing of the laser applicator itself and also the cart on which it is mounted on. The UX of the system was designed in close collaboration with the leading neurosurgeon OA PD Dr. P. C. Reinacher.
